Privacy Policy

‍Last updated: June 2026

Overview
At Lizardi Works, your privacy is taken seriously. This policy explains what data is collected when you use this website and the AI-powered tools on it, how it is handled, and what your rights are. The short version: this tool does not store your conversations, does not sell your data, and is not supported by advertising of any kind.

This Website‍

  • Cookies and analytics: This site may use standard website analytics (such as those provided by Squarespace) to understand general traffic patterns — pages visited, time on site, and similar aggregate information. This data is not linked to your identity and is not shared or sold.

  • No advertising: Lizardi Works does not run ads and does not allow advertisers to collect data through this site.

  • No account required: The AI tools on this site do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use them.‍ ‍

The AI Tools

The AI tools on this site (Campaign Planning, Copywriting, Tool Support, and related assistants) are powered by Anthropic's API.‍ ‍

What happens when you use a tool:

  • The text you enter — your campaign description, brief, questions, and any files or content you paste — is sent to Anthropic's servers to generate a response.

  • That exchange is not stored by Lizardi Works. When you close or refresh the page, your session is gone.

  • Anthropic processes your input to generate a response and does not use API data to train its AI models. You can review Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/privacy.

Files and Uploaded Content
If you upload a file (PDF, Word document, or text file) to a tool, its contents are sent to Anthropic's API as part of your session to help generate a response. That content is not stored by Lizardi Works and is not retained after your session ends. Do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information about other individuals.

What to share and what to keep out:
I've taken every step I can to make this tool as private and secure as possible — your conversations aren't stored, and inputs are processed through an API that doesn't use your data for training. That said, I want to be transparent about what you share, because no tool is completely without risk. Here's what I'd recommend keeping out of your inputs:

    • Campaign issue and goals

    • Target decision-makers (titles/roles)

    • Geographic area or community

    • Tactics and timeline

    • Sample emails, posts, or scripts

    • Press clips and public articles

    • Org type and general audience description

    • Past campaign context (no personal data)

    • Constituent names or contact info

    • Donor names or giving history

    • Volunteer personal details

    • Staff personal information

    • Lists with real emails or phone numbers

    • Internal financial documents

    • Sensitive internal communications

    • Any document with Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
